Background
Our Acquisition Marketing team is looking for an experienced Senior or Marketing Executive who wants to make an impact! The role is focussed on the acquisition of new individual customers and building a test-and-learn CRM cross-sell programme. This role will suit someone with a considerable Direct Marketing background with experience of managing and delivering DM, CRM and Email campaigns to drive leads and sales.

The role
*Strategic CRM Development - drive the growth of CRM within Individual Health. This includes optimisation of xsell and upsell opportunities with existing customers.
*Product sales - to develop a robust acquisition programme through an annual distribution plan of lead and sales generating activity incl. PMI, dental and cash plans through xsell and acquisition.
*Support the development of new "affordable products" working with Insight and NPD.
*To engage, coach and develop others and ensure best practice marketing and behaviours are followed. To assume team leadership responsibilities in the absence of team manager.
*Support strategic objectives - use existing and further develop the mix of acquisition channels, optimising spend into the most cost effective and drive increased quotes and sales. To seek out strategic growth opportunities and build business cases to support.
*Results and MI focus - to provide the Senior Leadership Team and the wider business with detailed management information and analysis. Provide recommendations where necessary to continually improve campaign performance against lead, Enrolment and Cost Per Enrolment targets.
*Campaign/project Management - initiate, manage, deliver and monitor campaigns, taking corrective action where necessary. Manage the implementation of new campaigns.
*Stakeholder Management - develop relationships with internal stakeholders

Skills, knowledge and behaviour
*Track record of achievement and significant experience of Direct Marketing or CRM experience
*Product launch and distribution plan development expertise
*Experience in financial services sector
*Acquisition marketing experience - direct marketing, email, digital channels (preferred)
*Focus on results with numeracy and analytical skills
*Experience at managing projects and prioritisation skills, able to demonstrate agility
*Excellent influencing and communication skills
*Strong organisation skills
*Creative, innovative thinker focussed on improvements to processes and delivery and working of the marketing function
*Proven business judgement - a problem solver and pragmatic in approach
