Contracts Assistant
We are currently looking for a Contracts assistant to come on board a 5 month Contract with a London Based local authority, paying between £300 to £350 per day.
The Contract Assistant's responsibility is to support the Governance Manager in managing and delivering the contract to the agreed specification and performance levels. The Contract Assistant will help to establish and implement contractual governance and support the delivery of contractual requirements whilst ensuring value for money in support of the stabilisation of the Managed Services for HR, payroll and Finance.
Experience
Strong contracts administration experience of complex Framework agreements, with preference in early life and with preference in transformation of/or Managed services implementations for HR, Payroll & Finance.
CIPS qualified (with preference) or relevant experience
Key duties
- Support the interim programme led governance process and assist the deployment of BAU governance and any improvement initiatives
- Support the supplier performance management process
- Support establishment and maintenance of regular performance review meetings and ensure consolidate reports are prepared in line with Customer expectation
- Coordinate contractual change and change control management
- Support with review of the change control process and automated recording solution
- Support reporting cycles to senior management/key stakeholders
- Ensure contractual compliance to any legislative changes
- Stakeholder management across the internal Customer, programme and supplier teams
- Support any contract review activities that are being undertaken
