I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Quality Assurance Auditor to join our client based in Reading on a 6 Month initial contract (likely to extend)

Daily rate: Dependant on Experience - Please respond with the rate you would need for this role.
Duration: 6 Month Initial Contract
Location: Reading
Start: ASAP


Responsibilities

  • To deliver quality assurance across Customer Services
  • To be responsible for the monthly/quarterly audit plan, including the maintenance of checklists and materials, audit checking and consistency, sample size requirements, sample approach and delivery
  • To communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and to ensure the audit plan meets the needs of the business
  • To actively identify, assess, monitor and manage risks within the business area, and ensure that appropriate controls are in place
Skills
  • Experience of managing relevant processes and procedures
  • Significant experience of administrative environments, preferably within a financial services environment
Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of risk management tools and methodology
  • Knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
