MIS MANAGEMENT REPORTING ANALYST/CLIENT PERFORMANCE MANAGER
Our global client is currently recruiting for MIS MANAGEMENT REPORTING ANALYST/CLIENT PERFORMANCE MANAGER to work at their Birmingham office on a CONTRACT basis

- Manage performance reporting to senior management and stakeholders
- Static data analysis - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure static data is correctly captured and BI reporting is accurate
- Lead performance review initiatives and meetings to drive continuous improvement activities
- Manage KPI maintenance and reporting
- Manage and maintain OPAL our Operation Portal and Client Relationship Management tool
- Provide BAU support for OPAL and Qlikview (reporting tool), providing training on both systems, and guidance around static requests.
- General IT support - Provide support during disaster recovery tests, bug fix releases and any CTB Production releases.
- Play a key role in team's Performance Process Improvement program
