Description

My Client a large Pharmaceutical company in Chertsey Surrey are looking for an experienced Financial Administrator.

If you have-
1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
Knowledge of office administration and procedures
Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Pharmaceutical industry experience would be preferable
Experience of working across multiple sites and nationalities is preferable

Main job duties will consist of-
Order to Cash (O2C) process management (tasks will vary by country to reflect different distribution models)
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
Perform account reconciliations
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Generate age analysis and review to ensure compliance
Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Process adjustments
Assist with month-end closing
Record to Report (R2R) process management
Deliver accurate and timely month end close processes for FSSC's customers
Perform R2R accounting functions such as journal calculation and balance sheet reconciliations
Customer, process and organisational excellence
Deliver a high level of service to customers, developing strong working relationships with customers and other key stakeholders within the business
Monitor and report on service level performance against agreed KPIs, and proactively propose action to resolve any performance issues that may occur
