Support System Engineer - Namur
One of our client is looking for a Support System Engineer for a 4 months mission in Namur. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team which uses new technologies.
Due to their ongoing development, our client from the automotive field is looking for a Support System Engineer who will be in charge of :
- Good knowledge and/or experience with Server
- Rapport the IT department's KPI
- Providing 2nd Line Technical Support to education sector customers
- Remote management and maintenance of client network environments
- Experience in Virtualisation technologies (VMware, HyperV)
- Experience with desktop operating systems from Windows XP to Windows 8
Ideal profile:
- French AND English speaker
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences in support IT
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server operating systems
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues and provide solutions.
