Mission
The Senior Go-to-Market consultant, will manage the marketing activities for a portfolio of products/services through their full life cycle.
For product enhancements and new product/service development you will be able to clearly articulate customer needs, translate these into a complete set business requirements and co-ordinate cross-divisional product/service delivery.
You will craft the messaging and positioning for products and services in your portfolio, adapted by customer segment and prove the effectiveness the product and pitch by recruiting reference early adopter customers.
You will conceive, develop and execute innovative go-to-market market programs that drive demand.
Finally you will monitor and report on market and competitive developments as well as providing regular marketing and sales performance reports for your portfolio.

Responsibilities
As Senior Go-to-market Consultant, you will:

  • Own the business plan, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for the products in your portfolio
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
  • Generate demand:
    • Develop and execute the go-to-market plans for your product portfolio
  • Enable Sales
    • communicate the value proposition of the products to the internal and external sales channels
    • develop the sales tools and collaterals that support the selling process of your products
    • provide expert sales report as required on bespoke or complex projects;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction:
    • Monitor and report on adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction KPIs
    • Identify opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention levels are maintained at optimum levels
    • Drive through projects to implement your recommendations;
    • Act as third-line customer support when required;
  • Ensure the product portfolio remains competitive in the market
  • Ensure that the product portfolio is aligned with corporate strategy and objectives
  • Ensure the products meet revenue and margin contribution as defined in business plan.

  • 10+ years of marketing and Go To Market. Consultancy/Freelance experience + Employee experience
  • International experience
  • Experience in BtC and BtB
  • First sales experience is welcome
  • Master in business or marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Perfect in French and Dutch and English
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Very good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, flexible, team player, excellent references, stress resistant
