The daily activities is mainly RF performance optimization cell by cell for ZTE GSM BSS System, including: OSS KPI analysis, Top N bad cell analysis, troubleshooting for Cluster DT and customer complain, etc.
The following is the qualification for 2G RF expert post:
1) Proficient GSM radio theoretical knowledge (Mandatory)
2) Experienced Performance Analysis and Optimization skill for GSM radio system (Mandatory)
3) To be familiar with radio parameter,KPI &counter definition, handover algorithm, power control algorithm and basic feature for ZTE GSM BSS system (Optional)
4) 3+ years of working experiences in radio network optimization field (Mandatory)
5) Excellent English or Chinese skills (Mandatory)
6) Good communication skills with ability to work in multi-ethnical environment. (Mandatory)
