Operations Planner - Milton Keynes - ASAP till Feb 2016 - £150/day DoE
Essential
- Experience of using Train Planning System (TPS) (Candidates without this will not be considered)
- Good analytical skills
- Proven ability to engage with customers, and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Proven experience in delivering to agreed timelines and standards
Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Knowledge of PPS
- Problem solving
- Good communication skills
- Relationship building and customer management
- Ability to think and act on own initiative
- Good geographical knowledge of the country
- Good knowledge Engineering Access Statement and Timetable Planning Rules
The successful Operational Planner will be working to support the Engineering Train Pathing project, which is a business improvement project working with stakeholders across the client company to improve the punctuality of trains supporting the delivery of engineering work.
