Imprivata Onsite Support Engineer
One of the leading It infrastructure companies are currently looking for an Imprivata skilled Support Engineer to be based on site, in Doha, Qatar, on a 12 month extendable contract position.
This is a great opportunities to gain invaluable experience, and a chance to get on board and work for one of the leaders in the IT industry.
To be considered for the role, you will need to have Onsite operations and daily admin/support tasks experience, strong expertise in supporting relevant customer environments (healthcare sector or large environment), project experience supporting the Imprivata solution, opening up trouble tickets and solving issues with the customer, this will also include profiling new users, preventive maintenance, upgrades and any other requirements to ensure a proper working solution. you will need at least 3-5 years relevant working experience (OneSign, OneSign VDA, SSO/AM, Imprivata Fingerprint Reader - FIPS/EPCS)
