Description
My fashion retail client is looking for an experienced IT support analyst to provide desktop and 1st line support for its employees at their offices in Leicester and Northampton.Keys Skills:
* Desktop environments (Windows 7 & 8)
* Apple MAC Environments (OSX)
* Microsoft Exchange & Active Directory
* Microsoft Office (2010 onwards)
* Basic understanding of Networking
Bonus Skills:
* Retail J till systems
* Shoretel voice and data systems
* Virtual Desktop Environments
The contract will be 8 weeks minimum potentially extending to 12 weeks. The client is looking to pay £10-£12 per hour for the role, plus business expenses.
