Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists , project managers , supporters , etc. ) . So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Main Task:
- Track all GLS related supplier contracts
- Check cash out versus service delivered, manage gaps
- provide management with multi-cost view - by contributing entity - by project - by region including visibility
- Provide timely visibility about - missing approvals of invoices from supplier
- missing approvals of invoices by PM
- project break down by approved invoice - gTime entries of upfront approved invoices - manage parked invoices
- Quality check on raw data, support monthly reporting covering multiple cost views, collect input from GLS Project Mangers

- Service Orientation is critical to support Project Management Office in tight collaboration with Finance
- Results Focus allows to achieve performance objectives and to support management in their decision making process
