Our client is a hugely successful financial services client.
An urgent need has arisen for an experienced internal communications manager to deliver an effective internal colleague communications strategy whilst they rebrand the business. Via a range of communication activities, the individual will support the achievement of group objectives and create shared understanding and commitment to organisational change amongst our colleagues at this critical time.
To be considered for this role you will have experience of devising and planning internal communications and previously worked on a rebranding exercise. You will have the ability to influence and manage multiple internal stakeholder demands and expectations. Experience of successfully managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish. Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential.
