The team is responsible for driving the sales & marketing business.

It is also responsible for new business models and landing new products in the market to achieve companies' objectives. The sales team is based regionally and in the large subs there are dedicated account managers. In order to drive this business efficiently and ensure maximum return the business needs to run like clockwork! To this end we are looking for an amazing Sales Operations Manager who can develop and execute on sales processes, & driving a business rhythm with the sales team. This person also focuses on providing deep business insight through sales processes, systems, tools, & deliver reports to the Sales director & team so day to day running of the business is efficient.

The sales excellence lead is responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting the core sales & business processes including managing the overall Rhythm of the Business, Sales Forecasting, Opportunity and Pipeline Management, Scorecard Management, and developing business analytics capabilities across the team. This person is someone who sees ambiguity as an opportunity, has strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across a variety of disciplines, is confident running meetings, speaking in large groups and is passionate about their job.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Proactively engage successfully cross group, building productive relationships to drive impact
Develop, communicate and gain agreement on incentive processes with all related communities.
Serve as owner of detailed revenue & investment data and provide issue analysis and impact assessment to support the Sales Excellence (HQ/Field) community
Drive seamless collaboration across Sales Excellence, Finance, in driving excellence in execution and superb business insight to the planning process.
Provide training to the sales force and stakeholders on business rules, tools, and revenue recognition procedures.
Ensure sales force compliance with the business rules
Proactively Partner with stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
4-6 years professional work experience in financial roles with demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and analysis
Deep understanding of business management and analysis for Enterprise Sales Organizations.
Strong written and verbal communications skills including experience in presenting complex data and solutions.
Comfort working at multiple altitudes, from strategic/high-level projects to detailed revenue analysis
Proven ability to drive projects and analysis to closure in a collaborative and matrixed environment
Advanced Excel skills required and experience with the following tools is highly desirable: MS Sales, PowerBI, Access, SQL
Strong team player with an ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
