Configuration Manager
Configuration Manager required for project with a leading bank for a knowledge transfer for the implementation of the ITSM-tool - ServiceNOW. Not directly hands-on configuration, the person need to view the CM-process from a higher abstraction level and not on a detailed one.
The person will be part of the implementation project and report to the project manager.
Requirements:
- Seasoned configuration manager with deep knowledge in Configuration Management and how Best Practice is implemented.
- Experience from implementation of ServiceNOW, or other enterprise ITSM-tool, is preferable
English is the only language required
