Our client has a huge messaging environment and requires a Exchange Specialist to fulfil the following tasks:
* Provide advice and consultancy related to Exchange technology.
* Specialist Exchange support for complex incidents
* Participate in projects like client migrations and move of the messaging infrastructure to a data center in Paris
* Prepare and implement changes, compliant to the ISO20k change process
* Assist in definitions of norms, standards and procedures
* Assist in automation and provisioning
* Knowledge transfer to team members + documentation
