Description
An exciting opportunity has come about in the East Midlands to work within a commissioning organisation looking for the support within complaints for a 8 week period initially.As a Complaints Officer you would be expected to work with a team to help clear back logs and keep on top of incoming complaints. It is essential that you have an *NHS BACKGROUND* and also that you have a minimum of 2 years/ several interim roles working with the Datix system. An improvement on complaint response time is the ultimate goal that this organisation is looking to archive from the support gained by the successful complaints officer.
This role is due to commence on or before the 20th August and therefore interviews will take place very soon.
