Knowledge of the latest version 2015 is an asset.
As functional analyst you are the representative of the customer in the project.
You're with the scrum master/project manager responsible for the preparation and planning of user stories.
You are able to provide clear reporting to the designated project leader.
You implement and configure MS Dynamics CRM.
You give workshops and training courses.
You're in the development team contact for functional questions.
You will follow as part of the development team to the development and testing of the functionality described in the user stories on.
