MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Monitor and follow-up with IS Compliance standards and initiate implementation.
-Support and assist Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and stakeholders to achieve alignment and close potential gaps.
-Report implementation status in group dashboards and maintain the IS Compliance dashboard
-Assist the IS Compliance Expert to manage the IS Framework, assess risks and prepare for audits
-Gaps are identified and corrective action plans are followed-up and closed in due time
-SME's and other stakeholders are coached and assisted to become and remain compliant
-Assist the IS Compliance Expert with key IS process documenting (Wiki)
-Assist the IS Compliance Expert with IS risk management preparation/follow-up
-Assist the IS Compliance Expert with controls and audits preparation/follow-up
Requirements/Education:
-B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or IT related field of study
-3-4 years of experience, including 1-2 in customer service, help desk, project management, audit or similar stakeholder intensive environment
-Quality related experience or mindset
-Understanding of IS compliance standards, processes, controls and audits
-CobiT, ISO 27k, ITIL certification or demonstrated experience a plus
-Working knowledge of IS Governance related to compliance, IS Standard, process and tools
-Stakeholders management (e.g. compliance SME's, process owners, middle Management)
-Internal controls and audits
-Proficient use of IS technology and Business tools
-Fluency in English and French is good to have
