General Manager - PathologyI am working alongside a very well established & ambitious NHS Trust in the South of England who are looking for an interim General Manager to focus on the day to day running of the Pathology service.
The role is paying between £400-£450 per day depending on experience for an initial 3 month period.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in NHS operational management & the ability to work with both clinical & non-clinical teams.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering change within a pressurised environment & have brilliant knowledge & credibility within similar roles.
I am looking for candidates who have worked at General Manager level or equivalent for an NHS & have specific experience in either Pathology or Clinical Support Services.
Immediately available candidates are required as the client is looking for a short handover period to commence week beginning 24th August.
