Roc Search's client is looking for a Quality Manager based in Dublin for an initial 12 month contract.
SKILLS/JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE
*Broad risk management background with experience in risk management related roles.
*Implementation of new processes or methodologies in complex organizations.
*Good understanding of business processes and objectives.
*Expert knowledge of one or more information governance & management disciplines.
*Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure qualification and/or process validation.
*Good financial knowledge and understanding of principles.
EDUCATION
Essential
*Higher education, such as a degree in information technology (IT) and/or relevant business education. ITIL Certification. Certification in Information Security Management and/or IT Security eg CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CRCM, CISRCP, ISO 9001 Certification or ISACA
Desirable
*Masters degree. GAMP 5 (Pharma Value Chain Process and CSV), Prince 2 and/or PMI Certification
EXPERIENCE
*Working experience in IT and/or risk/process/quality management (preferably in management positions).
*Strong experience in Change, Configuration, Request and Release Management
*Excellent understanding and knowledge of general IT, project management and compliance domains.
*Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage geographically or functionally dispersed teams.
*Working experience with a broad range of information security, data protection, quality standards and best practices, such as ISO 27000, ISO 9001, CobiT, GxP/CSV, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CRCM, CISRCP and ITIL.
PRODUCT/MARKET/CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE
*Good understanding and knowledge of business processes in a global health care industry or another regulated industry, eg financial services industry.
