NextLink is currently recruiting for a very experienced IT Project Manager Outsourcing L1 Service Desk to deliver a comprehensive outsource package including methodology in the area of Service Desk.

High Level Responsibilities:
Manage this from scratch and propose project plan, deliverables, timeline planning, etc.
Deliver a comprehensive package that will cover all needs to delivery on Customer's objective to outsource the L1 Service Desk including/or excluding the System Management/Service Management tool.
Skills/Profil required:
Proven track in similar projects
Market intimacy for key Service Desk Outsource provider
Knowledge in System Management/Service Management Tools
Automated self-service portal deployments
