Description

Responsibilities include:
  • Interact with healthcare decision makers to communicate and advance the scientific platform, as aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Communicate complex cutting edge technical information and research concepts to health care decision makers, including but not limited to, those at Centers of Education and Research.
  • Provide clinical and economic value information to payers and formulary decision makers.
  • Identify and train members of company's speakers bureau and ensure they are updated on new data.
  • Facilitate submission of investigator initiated pre-clinical and clinical proposals.
  • Support sponsored research.
  • Report competitive intelligence.
  • Provide scientific support, consistent with the Regional Medical Liaison (RML) Compliance standard, for sales, corporate account, and other matrix colleagues facilitated Health Care Professional (HCP) inquiries.
  • Foster relationships between the company and fellows in training.
  • Lead and/or participate on committees or project teams that support RML strategies and tactics as delegated by RML leadership.
  • Mentor Regional Medical Liaisons as designated by RML leadership.
  • Seek out opportunities to support the RML value proposition and achieve results.
  • Set an example for others to follow by consistently demonstrating company Values and Leadership Attributes.
  • Demonstrate tact and organizational savvy when communicating and interacting with others.
  • Model openness and innovation through words, actions, and decisions.
  • Share learning, including entrepreneurial and innovative ideas, with others. Hold self accountable for performance and encourages others to achieve and be accountable for performance.
