Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists , project managers , supporters , etc. ) . So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Main Task:
-Establish and support the regular meeting schedule and cadence of the IT Team
-Work with the other members of the team to ensure regular update of program documents and meeting minutes
-Be responsible for the regular update of the IT Fact book and IT program metrics
-Manage the action item register for the IT team
-Along with the team associates, manage the risk and issue process, including ensuring updates, tracking of new risk and issues and preparation of management summaries.
-Deliver ad hoc reporting and management summaries as required
-Support the on-boarding process for users outside of company
Requirements:
-Good process management skills
-Good knowledge of the pharma IT organization
-Track record of dealing with multiple hands-on tasks
-Knowledge of IT Project methodologies and best practices
-Experience with IT infrastructure disciplines (WAN, Data Centers, Client Services, Process Management) preferred
-Experience with diversified and complex projects, large scale mergers / acquisitions preferred
-Excellent oral and written communication
-Fluent in English (mandatory), German (a "plus")
-Resolves and/or escalates issues quickly
-Demonstrated ability to recognize, predict and manage project risk
