A global multinational bank are currently looking for UAT Managers with EITHER call centre or Collections & Risk experience.
Essential Skills:
UAT Manager - MUST HAVE FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING -
- Collections & Risk: CACs, TRIAD/PCTMS, Payments, DDR, Collections Call Centre, GBP TRIAD, ALOP, EPP, Collection Agencies, Correos à CACS experience would be extremely useful
- Call Centre
- Strong UAT Test Management experience
- Ideally Banking or Payments experience
- Ideally Spanish Speaker
Role:
- Meet with vendors/third parties to understand their systems and communicate test approach
- Review System Test (ST) Plans
- Review Evidences of System Testing activities from Vendors
- Manage SIT: co-ordinate SIT with WSLs and Vendors
- Produce detailed plan for SIT
- Support Programme Director
- Support Programme Test Manager
- Support Individual Members of Test Team
- Provide management reporting
- Liaise with and manage onsite and offsite test teams
- Liaise with the Business and manage their expectations
- Produce Testing defect reports and metrics
- Ensure quality of the test plans, scripts and matrices
- Delivery of the test completion reports
- Ensure test phase exit and entry conditions are satisfied
- Ensure the objectives of SIT are satisfied
- Escalation route for problems, issues and risks identified during testing
- Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports as required
- Communication of testing best practice
