Process Reengineering Specialist/Consultant
Process Reengineering Specialist/Consultant is required for a leading Business to analyse, document, improve, re-engineer all processes across IT & Software
You will be responsible for process reengineering cycle: current state analysis, identification of major process pain points, procedural issues, and conducting the process mapping meetings and documenting all in swimlane diagrams. across the organisation
Experience:-
Proven track record and skills as a process architect, skilled across Target Operating Model, Lean Six Sigma transforming and reengineering all relevant IT processes
Track record developing and designing Process Catalogue, preparing and conducting the training and implementing designed process in real life daily activities.
Experience assessing the current state of process performance, make recommendations for changes and improvements, if needed, and lead improvement efforts.
ITIL IT Service Management experience
Strong Business/IT Process Re-engineering and Process Modelling methodologies and tools
Knowledge of BPMN, Process Modelling tools and methodologies (TOGAF is a plus not required)
Ideally Experience of working with Enterprise Architect software by SparxSystems
Please note: This role is based in Palma, Majora. All Expenses will be paid & there is flexible working (ie Mon-Thurs if necc)
