KYC Support Analyst: CDD/AML: Global Energy Trading Company

World Leading Global Energy Trading Company has an exciting opportunity for a KYC Support Analyst to aid the KYC teams based in London and Singapore.

The KYC Support Analyst will support the teams to ensure that the Know Your Counterparty (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process is completed in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management the KYC Team inbox
  • Order bespoke reports for high risk counterparties upon request
  • KYC/AML Due diligence checks on vessels, ship-owners/charterers/service providers
  • and end users
  • Manage the reverse KYC process
  • Act as team record management focal point
  • Data inputting from our MDN system into the database
  • Handle generic queries from stakeholders (traders, master data team, MDN focal points)
  • About you:1 years KYC/AML admin support experience
  • Experience in basic desktop tools
  • Experience in conducting basic due diligence/simplified due diligence
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work within a global team

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
