My client based in the west midlands is keen to recruit 2 change analysts to asset them on their major business transformation programme.
You will be required to review process documents and assist in planning changes required to transition from the current AS IS environment to the new TO BE environment. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, being able to effectively analyse documentation and objectively plan and communicate effective change requests, should they be process, system or training needs, to deliver a successful programme of change. This is a very complex programme of change and would suit a professional who is looking for a challenge within a complex environment.
