Rate: £400 - £500 p/d
Contract Length: 3-6 Months

Project Details: My NHS client based in the North West are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work as part of their Transformation PMO. The Senior Project Manager will report to the Head of PMO and will be responsible for driving forward the Trust's Transformation Programme. This position will also need to deputise for the Head of PMO as required.
This role will need to:
- Continuously improve corporate approaches to project, programme and portfolio management within the Trust
- Build PMO capacity and capability to deliver its projects and programmes - be named lead on specific projects to support clinicians and manager to prepare and monitor projects
- Provide expert advice on project and programme management initiation and monitoring to Programme Owners
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Acute NHS experience
- Knowledge of Prince 2 and Lean methodologies
- Track record of delivering large transformation projects/ programmes in the NHS
- Experience of presenting to large and small groups at all levels (up to Board level)
- Experience of managing teams and staff
