Description
I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join my Client in West Bromwich on an initial 3 month contract.You will be part of the Network & Server team and will work rotationally on technical projects and within the network and server domains for monitoring, management, issues resolution and root cause analysis.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain the network and server infrastructure
-Offer 3rd Line Support
-Monitor Infrastructure operation systems
-Ensure appropriate security and back-up procedures are in place
