INTERIM PLANNED CARE PROJECT MANAGER - NHSReal Staffing are currently seeking a NHS experienced Project Manager to work within planned care.
Main responsibilities:
- To work on Musculoskeletal reviews as well as Referral Support Service implementation.
- Taking responsibility for the continuation; documentation and safe execution of MSK projects;
- Actively participating in all phases of the MSK project;
- Identifying; assessing and managing risks to the success of the project;
- Ensuring that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and tracks all activities against the plan;
- Providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders; as appropriate
The ideal interim:
- A proven track record of delivering projects as well as a track record in planned care and specifically MSK;
- Expertise in developing business cases and experience of engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians and patient groups;
- Experience of operating in a high pressure environment, dealing with contentious issues, delivering to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail;
- Experience in the service redesign and implementation of integrated pathways
