Financial Accountant - Southampton
Location - Southampton, UK
Employment - Interim (4-5 Months)
Salary - £23-33 per hour
This thriving international business present a fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) Financial Accountant who will be entrusted with the overall financial reporting of the business area to head office, as well as providing invaluable support to the Accounting Manager.
As the Financial Accountant you will lead fixed asset accounting. You will be required to plan, co-ordinate and deliver external auditor and corporate requirements during quarterly and annual closing.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing assistance to other departments and management to ensure the resolution of all accounting issues therefore experience with GAAP and SOX is desirable. You will need to be a fully qualified Financial Accountant preferably from a large company background or possess experience successfully working within a PLC.
The ideal candidate for this interim role will demonstrate the ability to step into and adapt to new environments comfortably and hit the ground running, you will also be fully qualified and available at short notice.
