One of my top clients is seeking an experience IT Support Specialist to take on a key role handling escalations in their call centre.
You will:
- Engage with customer on escalation issues, deal with high-priority cases, and solve the most difficult problems.
- Act as a primary point of contact with other parts of the organisation; eg, Sales, Operations.
- Be a knowledge base for your team
You have:
- 2+ years' experience in a high-volume call centre
- Strong CRM knowledge
- Excellent problem solving ability
- A proven ability to work under pressure
