Description

One of my top clients is seeking an experience IT Support Specialist to take on a key role handling escalations in their call centre.

You will:

  • Engage with customer on escalation issues, deal with high-priority cases, and solve the most difficult problems.
  • Act as a primary point of contact with other parts of the organisation; eg, Sales, Operations.
  • Be a knowledge base for your team

You have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a high-volume call centre
  • Strong CRM knowledge
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • A proven ability to work under pressure
