We are currently recruiting for our client, Telecommunication Company for IT Billing Specialist
to join their project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Position Title: IT Billing Specialist
Position Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Invoices on daily basis.
- Planning, Running, Preparing & Discounting the Billing, Bill Printing, Billing processes.
- Monitor the system and Verify discrepancies.
- Applying required discounts on Billing Level; Incharge for TABS Settlement.
- Adding / modifying current billing configuration.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience with TABS Billing System.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
- Strong knowledge/experience in CRM and Billing Systems Operation.
- Strong in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL and Microsoft Excel, Word; shell scripting, FTP etc.
- Customer service orientated.
- Telecom Billing understanding would be ideal but not a MUST.
