Service Desk Engineer - Northampton - Contract Austin Fraser are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our client based in Northampton. The Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for supporting 2000+ users as part of a team of 6 so it is important that you have a good telephone manner and strong customer service skills. As well as having strong customer service skills, the Service Desk Engineer should have experience supporting the following technologies: - Windows XP/7- AD
- Office 2010
