IT EngineerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a IT Engineer to join their business in the Germany.

Requirements
- Design, implementation, and maintenance IT products, including SAN, NAS, Server and other advanced software
- Planning and execution of product demonstrations and PoC (Proof of Concepts) in the Pre-Sales cycle in close cooperation with the Sales team (include hands-on deployment and troubleshooting)
- Design and implementation of data migration projects
- Providing technical assistance to enterprise customers via phone, email, remote access or on site
- Identifying and resolving technical issues on site under the guide of TAC engineer
- Acting as technical leader for Germany IT products accident onsite recovery
Qualifications
- 5 years minimum in IT industry, preferably in enterprise environment
- Working experience with main storage vendors or strong familiarity with main storage products
- Proven track record in troubleshooting complex IT solutions
- Good knowledge of storage protocols, FC, ISCSI, SAS
- Good knowledge of storage architectures SAN, NAS, Object Storage
- Good knowledge of mainstream OS, VMware, Windows, Linux and etc.
- Ability to build effective technical relationships with customers, resellers and colleagues in a fast paced, multicultural environment
- Available to travel within Germany
- Fluent German and English language is mandatory
