Wafer Test Engineer - URGENT contract opportunity - 6-12 months - AMAZING RATES!
Optimus Search is looking urgently for an engineer with experience dealing with development of test solutions for IC components and wafers, we are looking for an experienced engineer which has been part of the development and ramp up of wafer test solutions in previous semiconductor industry experience to prepare products for mass production.
Necessary experience:
- Deep technical knowledge of wafer probers
- Deep technical knowledge of probe card technology
- material selection to match wafer material
- bumping technology
