Requirements:
- Strong process consultancy skills - best practices, process modelling, frameworks and methodologies
- Solid expertise with facilitation, development and cross organizational implementation of processes is required
- Broad and deep IT knowledge of Capacity Management responsibilities, activities and techniques, eg as defined in ITIL Best Practices - therefore ITIL knowledge on expert level is a must
- Practical knowledge from managing capacity within IT Operations/Service Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal and influencing skills
English is the only language required.
