Pension Administrator

Our client is going through a major pension reform and requires 2 experienced Pension Administrators to work in ther Programme Transition Team who have responsibility for executing the member migration and their assets between two administrators.
These roles will report in to the Transition Team Manager and they will be involved in:

  • Taking enquiries from members in relation to the migration.
  • Taking enquiries relating to Defined Contribution pensions
  • Taking enquirieis relating to unitised investment funds (including With Profits)
  • Carrying out money reconciliation activity
  • Executing transactions on request from members when requested
  • Investigating exceptions against member records when they fall out of the migration process
  • Work with the Programme team and the external administrator to resolve issues

The candidate must have the following experience and skills:

  • Worked in a Workplace Pension administration environment
  • Have knowledge of Defined Contribution Pensions and Investments
  • At least 5 years experience
  • Preferably been involved in a migration of assets between scheme administrators
  • Excellent customer call handling skills
  • Able to manage key stakeholders
  • Good maths and written English
  • Ability to work under pressure
