SAP Test coordinator - Utrecht area - Freelance position
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with different internal stakeholders for end-to-end testing scope and support
- Managing test material, data preparation and script execution schedules
- Managing defects from initial identification through post-deployment analysis
- Reporting on execution and defect status and progress
- Reviewing and validating test components of Project Plans and estimates
- Developing high-level and detailed test estimates
- Managing/participating in the creation of test cases and test scripts
- Planning and preparing test data, resources and environments
- Managing/participating in the execution of test cases and test scripts
- Reporting, managing and escalating issues according to risk
- Reporting on progress and status for all test-related activities
- Facilitating compliance with all relevant policies and standards
- Applying sound test methodology to the project
- Providing test expertise and coaching
- Collecting and sharing metrics with project team
Experience required
- Overall 7 years in IT, with 3-5 years in QA/Software testing, at least 3 years as a Test Coordinator.
- Test planning, estimation and Quality metrics.
- Experience with all aspects of product testing including test planning, documentation, execution, defect management and reporting. Knowledge and experience of Test Management, Test Specification, Test Execution and Reporting.
- Good knowledge of various Test methodologies, techniques and standards: ISTQB, and TMAP.
- Experience managing people and processes
- Broad SAP Knowledge (important)
Nice to have
- ISTQB advanced or expert certified in test management
- SAP Testing expertise.
- Previous experience with HP Quality Center and SolMan (Solution Manager).
Personal Skills Required
- Good communication skills, including verbal, written and listening.
- Ability to manage geographically distributed and diverse team across multiple time zones.
- High level of focus and attention to detail.
- To apply creative solutions to complex technical test problems
- The ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced working environment
