Description
We are currently recruiting for an engineer to join a dynamic server support team for Windows located in the Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will be required to manage complex and large virtual and physical infrastructures for our client.
Requirements:
5-7 years IT-experience of which 3 year in a similar function for a medium to large IT Company.
The engineer must also have the following skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both the English and Dutch language.
Certified administrator for W2003 and/or W2008/W2012, and has hands-on knowledge for W2000
Certified for Citrix Presentation Server 6.0/7.6 and Citrix Xenapp 6.5 or later versions.
Hands-on experience for CITRIX Secure Gateway 3.0 or CITRIX Access Gateway.
Expert on network infrastructure aspects such as TCP/IP, WINS, DNS and DHCP.
Hands-on knowledge for reading/writing VBScript, PowerShell or other Scripting languages.
Good documentation skills and is capable of translating customer requests to high level and detailed designs.
Hands-on knowledge for managing System Center Configuration Manager and App-v is an advantage.
Knowledge of SAN infrastructures.
Experience managing ISA server or Forefront Threat Management Gateway 2010.
Familiar with security and compliance processes.
Recent knowledge of current TSM for Wintel backup client.
Hands-on knowledge of current TSM TDP backup client.
Experience with antivirus products such as Symantec endpoint protection.
Operational ITIL processes experience.
Knowledge of project management methodology.
