JOB TITLE:Site QA/QC Manager
RESPONSIBLE TO:
Project Manager
DUTIES:
i)
Ensuring the Quality System on a project is fully implemented.
ii)
Carrying out Quality Audits (Internal and External).
iii)
Development and approval of project and sub-contractor Quality Plans / ITP's.
iv)
Producing and approving "special process" procedures.
v)
Developing and approving project specific procedures and working instructions.
vi)
Vendor Assessment.
vii)
Co-ordination of special processes inclusive of Welding, NDT, PWHT, etc.
viii)
Co-ordination and storage of certification (Quality Records).
ix)
Co-ordination of system handover packages.
