Senior Business Analyst - Banking - Contract - London - £400A Senior Business Analyst is required for an excellent Defect Management opportunity with a top London-based Retail Bank. This opportunity has arisen from an exciting period of Change with my client, looking to create a new stand-alone bank supported by its own technology platform.
This Senior Change Analyst position will be responsible for providing arbitration and defect process guidance across the programme, chairing daily defect conference calls. The typical call will involve liaising with Test Managers, Business Change Managers/Analysts and Business Stakeholders, providing succinct guidance. The ideal candidate must have the confidence to challenge in an 'in-your-face', persistent manner, whilst providing a patient guiding approach for senior Stakeholders.
This role will be important in ensuring that issues are resolved properly, utilising a working knowledge of the branch operating model, and the associated systems and processes. The role will necessitate strong defect administration skills, including triage of new defects and subsequent chasing down of resolution using HP Quality Centre/AML.

This role is offering a 6 month rolling contract and a daily rate of up to £400per/day has been signed off for the right applicant, based on previous experience and relevance for the role.
