Message Broker Administrator - Copley - Contract - £400 per day
My Client are a leading bank based in the heart of Copley and have a requirement for a Message Broker Administrator who will deliver complex infrastructure for systems and processes in various Message Broker (WMB) environments. As and when the person applies the multiple projects will be assigned.

Candidates will have the following skills;
- IBM WebSphere Message Broker v6 and later administration (essential)
- IBM WebSphere Message Broker v6 and later development skills (highly desirable)
- IBM WebSphere Message Queue v6 and later administration (essential)
- Database skills - Oracle v10g and later (highly desirable) and DB2 (desirable)
- Overview knowledge of AIX and Linux operating systems (essential)
- Overview knowledge of Mainframe (desirable)
- Knowledge of Clearquest and Clearcase (desirable)
- Experience of technical and operational processes used to deploy, support and maintain a Message Broker environment.
- Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources, allowing the provision of highly effective solutions in complex environments.
- Strong quality and service focus.
- Experience of delivering complex projects and/or incident recoveries.
- Experience of operating in a service delivery environment with good understanding of frameworks and processes.
- Proven systematic and analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to implement effective business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written English to a very high standard.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Self starter who can prioritise own workloads.
