An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced On-boarding Consultant to join a Large Financial Services Company based in London on an initial 6 months contract.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the below responsibilities:
*Raising profiles and email ID's for new starters
*Raising Laptop requests for new starters
*Raising software for laptops, as per role requirements and HM instructions
*Meeting & greeting new starters on first day
*Responsible for managing new starters database - updating and maintaining
*Responsible for the new starter excel forms and spreadsheets
*Maintaining information for new starters and induction packs
*Tracking leavers and joiners to programmes and recording any cost savings
*Supporting Engagement activities for all colleagues within Digital space
*Action of mail accordingly into shared mailbox as per team arrangement of activities
*Off-boarding all leavers (equipment, passes, updating trackers/records etc.)
To be considered for the exciting opportunity my client is ideally looking for:
*Previous on-boarding experience
*Strong communication skills
*Stakeholder engagement
*Outgoing and friendly personality
*Ability to prioritise tasks
*Ability to juggle multiple requests in one go, both proactive and reactive
*Work well under pressure
*Resourcing/Recruitment background nice to have
