Description

1. Introduction
This acquisition is to strengthen the NCI Agency's ability to manage projects in a professional manner, including the provision of quality assured meta-data about its project portfolio.

2. Candidates qualification
The proposed candidates must be qualified as Level 2 and/or 3 in SSC Labour Category 1.24 (Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) specialists).

3. Description of Work
The work is to assist Agency project managers by undertaking hands-on work with the MS EPM tool to ensure accurate data is reflecting correctly the status of the assigned project plans and their execution status.

This includes scheduling time from shared resources and ensuring that plans are correctly adjusted based on achieved progress.
Based on this, timely status and forecasting reports are to be generated and provided to the PM and other stakeholders.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
