I am seeking a Service Delivery Manager to work in Sweden on behalf of my leading financial services client.
As the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for monitoring and updating Financial Systems for my large banking client.
Duties
*Raising and strengthening awareness of potential risks and threats
*Taking care of proper flow of information
*Budget planning for the team
*Transaction sanction screening and online fraud prevention
Requirements
*Excellent knowledge of ITIL practices
*Previous role as a Service Delivery Manager is desirable
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Banking experience is preferred but not essential
*Strong reporting & stakeholder management skills
*Fluent in written and spoken Swedish
