Finance Manager - Redress and Remediation
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to be based in Manchester for a 3 - 6 months contract with a daily rate form £450- £500.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial control, governance support and reporting for circa £790m of redress and delivery cost provisions for more than 15 projects in various stages.
Managing a team, the Finance Manager will ensure the following is in place for the duration of the Customer Redress & Remediation portfolio duration.
Candidate must have experience of:
- Maintaining financial control of the delivery costs for each project (Actuals via invoices/journals/accruals and Forecast via "Project Finance Plan" process via liaison with Project Managers.
- Supporting project managers with funding submission and review process.
- Analysis of all delivery costs by project.
- Project Manager "Project Finance Plan" forecasts and assumptions.
- Produce MI and data for redress from live projects.
- Manage purchase order requisitions from workstreams.
- Provide Internal Reporting of provisions and costs for redress and project overheads: project steering, Portfolio Steering, EROC, and BRC.
- Provide external reporting of provisions and costs for redress and project overheads: FCA.
- Produce monthly reporting of Actual costs to finance and governance.
- Produce Financial reconciliations and tax return data..
- Project and Steering meeting attendance and support
- Half-Year and Full Year Audit support.
- Support for Audit Committee papers.
