Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:- To formulate and execute Facility and Utility validation plans.
- Own and support facility validation activities in a regulated environment.
- Participate in User Requirements Specification (URS) and FMEA development
- Formulate Master Validation Plans IQ, OQ and PQ Protocols and Test Reports for new and modified facilities.
- Responsible for Facility validation Execution in conjunction with SME.
- Ensure Consistency in validation/qualification approach across facilities and systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3rd Level Degree
- Ability to write standard operating procedures, training documents, and regulatory responses.
- Minimum of 6 years Validation experience.
- Experience in HVAC, Compressor, Vacuum System or similar installations and their validation in terms of both viable and non viable particles.
- Any experience of Part 2 Compliance and software validation would be of benefit.
- Problem solving Facility Validation challenges and issues.
