New Contract Opportunity | Online Migration Manager, Trade Finance | 4-6 months | £350pd
A top tier bank is seeking an Online Migration Manager to join their commercial banking area. You will need to have excellent trade knowledge such as export, import and guarantee products with strong client facing experience, ideally with businesses of all sizes. You will be involved with technical onboarding working with and assisting customers with queries whilst also being pro active and working on business development with new customers and clients. This role is based in several locations around the UK, which includes Manchester, London or Leicester.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Strong understanding in relevant product knowledge including knowledge of group channels.
-Experience in payments cash management.
-Previous customer experience with dedication to continually improve the service delivered to customers.
-Excellent and fluent communication skills as you will be required to advice, assist and influence customers ensuring that complex information is communicated in an effective manner.
-Proven experience of project management
